About the Animal Medical Hospital of Belair Road

The Animal Medical Hospital of Belair Road opened its doors in 1980 to serve people and pets in the greater Baltimore area. Dr. Jeffrey Luntz, one of two original owners, became the hospital's sole owner in 1987. Dr. Luntz has a special interest in providing senior pet care and chronic disease care for dogs and cats in Baltimore and Nottingham, MD.

We offer clients a wide array of veterinary services for their pets, including wellness exams, vaccinations, nutritional and behavioral counseling, diagnostics, surgery, dentistry and senior care. The Animal Medical Hospital of Belair Road treats dogs, cats and pocket pets such as rabbits, ferrets and guinea pigs.

Dr. Luntz volunteers his time with Callie Cats, a non-profit organization that works to increase public awareness of the plight of stray and abandoned animals. He is also a consultant with HT-Z Giant Schnauzer Rescue.
